What Is an Accumulator Bet?
An accumulator combines multiple selections into one bet. Usually every leg must win for the accumulator to return a profit.
Why the payout grows
The decimal odds of each leg are multiplied together. That creates a larger potential return, but the probability of every event succeeding also falls as independent legs are added.
Simple example
Three selections priced at 2.00 each produce combined decimal odds of 8.00 before considering any special rules. That does not make the bet good value; price and true probability still matter.
